that's the way mike laughed about the animal shenanigans this weekend while my family was here.

yes, hammy did escape (let's not get into the details), and she climbed into bed with my parents, who were sleeping in the basement. my dad eventually got her back in the cage -- quietly enough as not to wake anyone.

yes, i turned the shower on the pigs, who were in there because they make too much noise in their cage in the basement and anywhere near us when we put them in a portable rubbermaid container for the night. i figured the pigs were back in their cage when i soaked 'em. they weren't that wet, really. they were hiding in their plastic pigloo.

and yes, cassidy went after jackson's water dish. all she did was spill it. that kid moves fast!
